Northeast Ohio Applied Health (NOAH), founded in August 2010, is a private, CARF-accredited, ODADAS-certified, substance use disorder program. NOAH offers evidence-based treatment, individualized treatment plans, small group sizes and case management for adult women and men who struggle with the disease of substance use disorder. NOAH recognizes the tremendous need for temporary housing for their patients who require support, stability and safe sober environments as they complete treatment.
